A quality wine is much more than just a drink. It is an almost magical sensation arising from a harmony of taste, bouquet and texture.
Indeed a glass of wine should be savoured with local specialities which derive from the region around the vineyards the wine originated from. This type of authentic experience is offered on our Peljesac Wine Trail Tour.
After a good night’s sleep, you are taken by air-conditioned limo or van to the peninsula of Peljesac – the most famous region in Croatia for the production of quality red wines.
On route, there will also be a short sightseeing stop at the town Ston in order to admire its impressive medieval walls and ramparts.
The tour proceeds through the Dingac Vineyards to the village of Potomlje, a picturesque place in a pretty valley, surrounded by vineyards. Here we will visit one local family and their traditional vine cellar.
This is a day filled with unforgettable memories and of course lots of wine-tasting, complete with numerous photo opportunities. You will certainly return to Dubrovnik smiling and happy.
